RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, and would like to make a return or exchange, please notify us by email within 3 days after receiving your order.  You may cancel an order and receive a refund, only if done so within 24 hours of placing your order.  All returns, exchanges, and/or refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of Promo Originals LLC.

Since our Exclusives are printed on demand, we will only be able to accept a return and offer a refund or exchange if your item(s) are delivered damaged or defective. Your items must be in the same condition as received and also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase - please include a copy with the item you are returning.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item is its original condition and packaging, then your refund or exchange will be processed. If you requested a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you requested an exchange, your new item will be shipped to the address indicated on the original order.

 

SHIPPING

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
